Which NBA Cellar-Dwellers Will be Best in 2018?

There are some teams in the NBA right now that are just difficult to watch.

Whether because of inexperience, a multitude of injuries or just a lack of talent, these squads don’t have what it takes to strike fear in their opponents.

But in three years, things could be very different.

Think about it—in 2012, the Toronto Raptors, Washington Wizards, Cleveland Cavaliers, Houston Rockets, Portland Trail Blazers and Golden State Warriors were all stuck playing for ping-pong balls in the draft lottery.

Now, three years later, every one of those teams has a shot at representing their conference in the NBA Finals.

So let’s take a look into the crystal ball and rank how good each of the league’s eight current cellar-dwellers (teams that win fewer than 40 percent of their games) will be in 2018.
