The 2015-16 NBA schedule is set to be officially released in the next week or so, but some details of the tentative schedule that’s going around are trickling out. First, we had this tidbit come out on Wednesday:
Per league source, tentative (not yet definite) NBA schedule in circulation has New Orleans playing the Heat on Christmas in Miami at noon.

Anthony Davis against a much-improved Miami Heat team is definitely a fun Christmas Day matchup. Another Christmas Day tilt has also been tentatively scheduled, and this one’s an expected one:

As mentioned, these are tentative, but both the Christmas Day matchups make sense. We should also expect to see the typical big market teams like the New York Knicks, Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Clippers on Christmas. A matchup between the Clippers and Dallas Mavericks would be a good one after the DeAndre Jordan fiasco. The San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets and Oklahoma City Thunder seem like good bets to get a spot as well, but we’ll find all this out officially very soon.
