Los Angeles Lakers guard Nick Young has missed the last 11 games with a knee injury, and it turns out that Young has a small fracture in his left kneecap.
The good news for Young is that he shouldn’t need any type of procedure done on his knee, as the injury is expected to heal with rest. The 29-year-old was at practice on Wednesday, but he didn’t participate.
Young, like most of the Lakers, has had a tough season. He has missed 24 games total due to injury, and when he has played, he hasn’t shot the ball well. The shooting guard is shooting 36.6 percent overall on the year, although his 36.9 percent mark from deep isn’t bad.
Let’s just say it hasn’t been a “Swaggy” year.
