The Nets keep losing and appeared ready to part ways with Brook Lopez via trade, but Adrian Wojnarowski reports that the team is thinking otherwise now:

There seems to be plenty of interest for Lopez from teams like Houston and Oklahoma City, but the Nets couldn’t find an offer they liked, pulling out of discussions without much warning according to ESPN’s Marc Stein:
Hearing clear dismay from teams that had Brrok Lopez trade discussions with Nets after Brooklyn abruptly pulled away from all talks Friday

If the impression Stein got is true, it means the Nets are walking away from a prime opportunity to reload while they continue to rack up losses this season.
