The Dallas Mavericks’ offense has regained its elite form the last two games, putting up 129 points on the Los Angeles Clippers and then following that up with 119 points in a victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday.
Rajon Rondo, who has had some issues fitting in with Dallas, had one of his best games with the Mavericks against Oklahoma City. The point guard had 11 points and 13 assists, his first double-double in a Mavericks uniform since Dec. 22, his second game with the team.
One Mavericks fan appears to have found the key to Rondo’s success:
New theory is that the Rondo problems started when Jefferson beat him at Connect Four. RJ just let Rondo win again last week.

If you didn’t know, Rondo is an unabashed lover of Connect Four, so I think we might be onto something here.
