San Antonio Spurs veteran guard Manu Ginobili will miss about a week to 10 days with a sprained right ankle suffered in the third quarter of the Spurs’ 123-97 rout of the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday:
per Popovich, Ginobili will be out 'a good week to 10 days'

While Ginobili left the arena in crutches, the injury isn’t as serious as it first looked. The 37-year-old couldn’t put any weight on his right foot when he got injured and was helped off the court.
This is a tough break for the Spurs, who have started to get on a roll the past few weeks. Of course, knowing San Antonio, they likely won’t miss a beat.
Ginobili is averaging 11.4 points, 4.4 assists and 3.0 rebounds in 23.5 minutes per game this season. He’s shooting 43.0 percent overall and 35.2 percent from three.
