Atlanta Hawks sharpshooter Kyle Korver will undergo ankle surgery on Wednesday:
Coach Bud confirms reports that Kyle Korver will have ankle surgery tomorrow afternoon.

Korver suffered a severe right ankle sprain in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Cleveland Cavaliers when Matthew Dellavedova rolled up on Korver’s leg while diving for a loose ball. Korver was ruled out for the playoffs and sought out multiple opinions before surgery was determined to be the best option.
It’s unclear just how long Korver will be sidelined after the surgery, but teammate DeMarre Carroll said after Game 3’s heartbreaking overtime loss that it would be a four-to-six month recovery process:
Don't know if the complete diagnosis is known but DeMarre Carroll just said of Kyle Korver, "he's got to have surgery, out 4 to 6 months".

If Korver misses six months, he’d miss part of next season.
This year certainly ended on a rough note for Korver and Atlanta. After putting forth an incredible regular season and earning an All-Star berth, he shot poorly throughout the postseason and the Hawks were swept away by the Cavaliers in ugly fashion on Tuesday night.
