There are a good amount of NBA stars rehabbing from serious injuries this summer, but many of these players are planning on attending the upcoming Team USA minicamp in Las Vegas in order to have a shot to play in the 2016 Olympics. A report recently surfaced that Carmelo Anthony will be in attendance, and ESPN’s Marc Stein says Kevin Durant, Kevin Love, Paul George and Chandler Parsons will all be in Vegas as well.
So will Kyrie Irving:
Another Team USA mini-camp mini-update: Word is Kyrie Irving will indeed be there though he obviously can't play so soon after knee surgery

USA Basketball managing director Jerry Colangelo wants any player who wants to be a part of the 2016 Olympic roster to be in Vegas for the minicamp, regardless of whether they participate or not.
Other players confirmed/expected to be there are Blake Griffin, James Harden, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green, Harrison Barnes, Andre Drummond, Mason Plumlee, Bradley Beal, Gordon Hayward, Mike Conley, Michael Carter-Williams, Tobias Harris, Victor Oladipo and Kawhi Leonard. That’s not a complete list, but Damian Lillard likely won’t be attending.
