Wow, what a day.
On Thursday, the NBA set a record with 37 players moved on the trade deadline, according to ESPN’s Brian Windhorst. Teams didn’t just deal scraps, either—several acquisitions should significantly change the complexion of the playoff hunt in each conference.
It’s easy to feel overwhelmed with all the trades that happened, as well as their implications, so I’ve compiled a list of the four biggest winners and four biggest losers from the deadline.
The list will go in alternating, descending order, which means I’ll start with the fourth-biggest loser, then the fourth-biggest winner and then the third-biggest loser, etc.
