2015-16 NBA Power Rankings: Post-Free Agency Edition

The flurry of NBA’s offseason transactions is now over, and the time for reflection is upon us.

Which teams got better, which teams got worse and which will stay about where they were last year? We won’t know those answers for sure until the season starts, but for now, we can look at each team’s roster (and coaching staff, of course) on paper and make some predictions.

Obviously, the offseason isn’t done. There will be signings and trades to follow that could tweak these rankings slightly, but the complexion of the league will go mostly unchanged from now until training camps open in September.

Without further ado, here’s a projection of how all 30 teams stack up after the major wave of free agency, with win-loss record predictions.
