The 2015 NBA Draft is over with, and each of the league’s cellar-dwellers now has some more hope heading into the future.
Your first instinct after last Thursday night probably wasn’t to order the league’s teams heading into next season, but that’s what I was thinking about. Not only do we have a new crop of players joining rosters, we have injuries healing up, new coaches being hired, free-agent scenarios popping up and team potential as factors to consider in how these teams are ordered.
So, without further ado, let’s look at how each NBA squad stacks up at this moment.
This may seem like a pointless exercise to do before free agency, but it’s just kind of a baseline to go off of until teams start acquiring new players and losing their existing ones. Once that happens, we can start making tweaks to the rankings, both major and minor.
